Like in any profession there are tools of the trade (things used to make a function easier). Our software takes the marketing function of your business and simplifies it so that a postcard project can be manageable and done in a short time frame.

Like a hammer, when you understand what it can do, you can create and build with it. Our software is very similar, once you are aware of its powerful features, you can apply them to better run your profitable business.

At Your Service for Small Business was designed to un-complicate things. Most people do not like reading software manuals. Most like to look at the screen and be able to decide what is next. We have designed it to be powerfully simple.

No. We leave the major accounting to Quickbooks or Quicken, etc., but we do provide information for transfer to your other programs.

Our program provides invoicing, accounts receivable and collection assistance. All expense side activities of your business are done using other software or means.

7. I haven't had much time to do much marketing and reminding, as I'm too busy working. How does this program help me?

It's because you are too busy working and didn't have the time to hand write reminders, postcards and invoices that this program was developed.

8. What happens if I have trouble figuring out what to do?

Each screen on the program has a "? " in the corner. This question mark is your help screen. Take some time and examine a help screen and become familiar with how it is laid out and can assist you in finding your answers.

We recommend that you push buttons to your heart's content until you know where they take you and what they do. You will be warned if you are about to do anything that cannot be reversed or fixed.

This really is the best way to get familiar with the program. This website provides a contact area where you can email us questions if you so choose. We will respond to these emails daily.

9. Does it cost to be a beta tester?

Beta testers, because they provide information back to us and have to put up with some possible glitches or errors in the program, are given a chance to purchase the software at a substantial discount.

None. If you don't like it for any reason we would like to hear at least a few comments on your experience. This is totally up to you.

During our beta testing we would like to get as much feedback as to what you are experiencing during the download and afterwards. This information will help us to make improvements to the product.

15. Your website says this is a beta version, what does that mean?

A beta version means that this software is not yet completed and the developer is looking for people to test the software and offer constructive criticism to help improve and complete this software for resale.

16. I've downloaded the software and really like what I see. I would like to continue using the information that I have entered into the program, what are my options?

You have three choices, you can sign up to become a beta tester and save over $800 off the MSP price, buy a full version when it becomes available for retail sale, or purchase using a payment method at a later time.

That is a good question we cannot provide an unbiased answer for. We are a start up company made up of two very honest and upright mid western U.S.A. down to earth people. We are dedicated in helping other small companies make more money by staying organized and making the most of their existing customer base.

18. If I live outside the U.S., may I purchase and use your software?

Because of so many international laws, we cannot possibly keep up on all the available laws that affect the downloading of software on the Internet. Our software is currently intended for download within the U.S. We cannot stop the download of software from other countries. If you are from outside the U.S. and wish more information as to whether we can sell to you, please contact us by e-mail. Each circumstance will be handled on an individual basis.

At this time we are anticipating being able to complete a full working version by the winter of 2007/08.

20. I'm from outside the US. Will this program work for me?

Although we developed this program for use within the United States, we are currently making changes for use in other English speaking countries. Due to differences in date formatting, the first time the program is launched on a computer using an operating system with the date formatted different from Month/Date/Year, the following question will appear:

The date and time formats associated with "Customer Info" are different than the current system settings. Do you wish to use the system settings for data entry?

You must answer "Yes" to this question in order for the date formatting to be correct. Unfortunately this has not been thoroughly tested and we are relying on Beta Testers in other countries for feedback on this issue.
